- All packages are paid in advance with a schedule established at the beginning of each month. Clients with a pre-paid plan are always given preference in scheduling sessions.
- Each client has the right to change the timing of three sessions per month with a minimum of 24 hours notice and subject to availability of an alternative time. In case of a no-show without previous re-programming, the session will be counted as taken.
- • Sessions must be taken within the period of the package. In packages longer than one month´s duration are expected to take the average number of sessions per month (see above). It is not permitted to pass more than two accumulated sessions to the next month of the package.
- In case of arriving late for a session, only the remainder of the session´s scheduled time can be taken.
- Transfer of sessions from one client to another is not permitted.
- For partner packages / plans, no discount is given in the event that only one person attends.
- Membership inscription has a validity of one year. No cost is applied to renovations, except in cases when more than twelve months have passed since the termination of the previous contract.
